AUTO FEEDING UNIT

10 sets of Japan Nitta fully suction belt control system, Pneumatic Baffle Patting Device (Side Baffle). The patting frequency can be set via the touch screen with computer interface.

All units can be separated with one-button operation, featuring auto return-to-"zero" design.

Transmission shaft equipped with friction-type clutch to prevent machine damage from improper operation.

The pressure regulating device is installed on each guide plate, and the pressure can be adjusted according to the thickness of the cardboard.

AUTO FOLDING UNIT

Adaptive Gluing System

One or more adhesive applicators are installed before the folding section, adjustable based on carton dimensions. Each applicator comprises a coated rubber roller, an upper pressure roller, and a glue reservoir. Modules A and B feature independent geared motor drives for simplified and rapid adjustments.

Multi-Stage Folding Mechanism

The board undergoes 180° folding on the left/right secondary and fourth lines via three 60mm-wide base belts combined with dual 60mm-wide folding guides.

Adjustable Guide System

Multiple angled guide rollers are incorporated, allowing positional and angular adjustments to accommodate varying paper grades and board thicknesses, ensuring seamless folding operations.
