A three-layer system consisting of 100% solids two-component liquid epoxy primer and a heat shrink sleeve made from a high shear strength co-polymer adhesive and irradiation cross-linked, high-density polyethylene backing. This coating system replicates the structure and the performance of factory-applied three-layer PE coatings.

The radiation cross-linked outer layerforms a tough barrier against mechanical damage and moisturetransmission.
