3 Temperature Zones Horizontal Foaming Furnace Machine For XLPE Foam Production
XPE horizontal cross-linking foaming furnace includes the following
units:
Unwinder unit, Feeding unit, Horizontal foaming furnace unit,
Five-roller cooling unit, Double station winder unit.
The horizontal foaming furnace is 24400mm long, 3000mm wide and
4750mm high.
The foaming furnace has three sections, one for preheating, the
second for cross-linking and the third for foaming.
The insulation of the foaming furnace is based on galvanized steel
plate and rock wool (density 100 kg/m3). Insulation structure, an
independent steel structure support is added to the upper part of
the insulation body, which mainly bears the fan, burner, etc. on
the furnace body, reduces the noise of the fan operation, and is
equipped with an escalator for maintenance work.
