High Speed ABS PP HDPE Pipe Extrusion Machine for Lithium Battery Diaphragm Roll Core Production Line

ABS PP HDPE pipe production line can achieve full automatic control from material feeding till pipe collection, with high speed and excellent performance. It can be used to make PP pipes, ABS pipes, HDPE pipes, which are mainly used in lithium battery roll core,as well as indoor floor heating system and indoor hot water supply system. The whole production line is controlled by PLC integrated control system, easy operation with automatic fault alarm system. The pipes ranges from 16mm to 250mm with thickness up to 30mm.

The pipe production line is mainly used to produce ABS/PE/PP roll core tubes.

Roll core tube is mainly used for sheet and film high speed winding, compared with paper tube, it has incomparable advantages, high precision, no chip and high strength, high precision. Main applications:

Sheet material winding and rewinding, film material winding and rewinding.

Production line equipment composition:

Extrusion main machine:

1) Adopting the latest design of special exhaust screw to achieve the requirement of complete plasticization of materials without crystal point, air bubble and black point phenomenon.

2) Adopting on-line exhaust design to pump out excess water and gas from the material to ensure the surface of the pipe is bright and free of air bubbles and other defects.

3) Adopt melt pump and imported pressure sensor to realize closed-loop online control.

4) Recipe memory function. Convenient to record the formula and quick start-up.

5) The whole line is controlled by Siemens PLC.

Molds and Sleeves.

1) Extrusion mold adopts spiral runner structure, which can ensure the uniformity of melt temperature and completely eliminate fusion marks.

2) The calibrating sleeve is made of fine copper, with good cooling effect of calibrating.

Vacuum calibrating box

1) The tank has double chambers design, double water pump water spray cooling system.

2) Double vacuum pumps, vacuum degree can be adjusted freely.

3) Double filtration device, no need to stop the machine to clean; with precise water level and water temperature automatic control system.

4) Full electric three-dimensional adjustment, convenient online adjustment.

Four caterpillar traction machine

1) Four-track traction device, pneumatic compression, mechanical limit, four-track independent traction.

Rotary cutting machine:

1) Servo feed cutter to cut off.

2) Servo forward and backward movement

3) Rotary disc blade cutting/scraper cutting dual mode.
