ASTM A790 S32205 is a specification for austenitic stainless steel
seamless and welded pipe.Specifically, S32205 is a duplex stainless
steel, also known as 2205 stainless steel.It consists of the
elements chromium (Cr),nickel (Ni),molybdenum (Mo),and nitrogen
(N),and has high corrosion resistance and good mechanical
properties.
ASTM A790 is a standard specification for stainless steel piping
developed by the American Society for Testing and Materials
(ASTM).The specification covers the requirements for
dimensions,chemical composition,mechanical properties,etc. for
seamless and welded piping in different grades and types of
stainless steel materials.
