3-Channel Pulse Plastic Thermal Riveting Controller HN-1000-3 is
specifically designed for thermal riveting applications and
utilizes pulse heating technology with a PID closed-loop control
algorithm. It enables rapid heating and cooling cycles. By
employing pulse heating technology, precise and controllable energy
pulses are delivered to the riveting area, allowing for heating and
pressurization of the rivet point to melt and deform the plastic
components. Subsequently, the rivet head cools and solidifies to
achieve the desired shape, resulting in a strong and reliable
joint. Moreover, the localized instantaneous heating method
effectively controls the impact on surrounding components, making
the entire riveting process efficient, accurate, and reliable.
Therefore, it finds applications in industries such as electronics,
automotive, medical equipment, and consumer goods manufacturing.
HN-1000-3 can control three relatively independent thermal riveting
heads, which can be operated simultaneously or individually,
improving riveting efficiency. The controller is equipped with 485
and Ethernet communication interfaces, facilitating parameter
configuration and retrieval. It also has the capability to store
five sets of programs, with each set supporting three different
parameter groups. Each parameter group can accommodate four
temperature settings. The controller allows independent adjustment
of heating temperature, heating time, riveting heating and cooling
cycle time, and other parameters for each riveting head to meet
various welding requirements in different scenarios. Additionally,
the parameter settings feature password authorization to prevent
unauthorized configuration or modification of parameters.
