DTF Powder​ Description

DTF Powder is a thermoplastic polyurethane powder hot melt adhesive. It has excellent color stability, excellent resistance to yellowing; super high resilience, stretchability, and super soft feel. And it has excellent bonding properties to textiles.

DTF powder offers advantages such as excellent color vibrancy, durability, and versatility in terms of the materials it can be applied to. It is commonly used in the textile industry for printing on fabrics, as well as in other industries for customization, promotional items, and decorative purposes.

We have 1kg and 20kg per bag,MOQ is 20kg.

2. Do you provide free sample? And how many days it will take?
Yes, we can provide 300g free sample, only need you to pay the shipping cost. We will make the sample within 1- 2 working days and it will take 3-5days on the transportation.

3. What is your Particle size ?

DTF Powder​​ Characteristic

During the printing process, the DTF printer deposits the powdered ink or toner onto the transfer film, creating the desired design or image. The printer applies heat and pressure to the transfer film, causing the powder to melt and adhere to the film's surface, effectively transferring the design.
Once the design is printed on the transfer film, it can be applied to the target material by placing the film with the powdered ink side down onto the surface. Heat is then applied to the film, causing the powder to melt and bond with the material, transferring the design.
