High Speed Wire Buncher Machine , 2500RPM Single Twist Bunching Machine

I. Application of the equipment: It is suitable for stranding of the copper wires with more than seven strands, such as electronic wires, power wires, bare copper wires, network wires, etc.

II. Creel stand (separately charged)

1) Vertical type (with an adjustable tension)

a: It is put on a side of the equipment. It may have 12 or 24 heads. The paying-off tray has a maximum outer diameter of 8″.

2) Horizontal type (with an adjustable tension)

b: It is put on a side of the equipment too. It may have 6 or 12 heads. The paying-off tray has an outer diameter of 400 to 630.

II. Structure of wire entering

1) After being paid off from the creel stand, all the wires will first enter a distributor plate via a group of idler pulleys and then the die for stranding.

IV. Performance and parameters of the equipment:

• Model:

Right-hand model: The operator faces its front and the wires enter it from its right side. ( )

• Rotation speed of arched band: Max: 1800RPM. The arched band is a of idler pulley type.
• Lay: 11.15mm-60.24mm (it may be properly adjusted as requested by the customer). It is subject to manual gear-type changes.
• Calculation of the stranded length: m/min=lay*2/1000*stranding speed per minute
• Direction of lay: Leftward or rightward
• Diameter of each feed line: Ø0.16mm-Ø1.0mm
• Stranding area: 0.4 mm²-5.5 mm²
• Wire arrangement: German type polished rod wire arranging device with adjustable throw of traverse and distance
• Spindle lubrication: Manual grease feeding through a grease gun
• Driving motor: It consists of an AC 380V 1400RPM The teco motor for driving10HP 10HP American Emerson converter and can realize stepless speed regulation.
• Braking: electromagnetic brake that can realize automatic braking through internal and external disconnection
• Disconnection protection: Automatic stop and alarming upon internal and external disconnection
• Inching: The inching button on the exterior of the electric console
• Speed display: The tachometer on the control panel
• Electrical control: The setup and operations of the electrical parameters of the equipment are all done through the control panel.
• External power line: The user should connect the external power line with the electric cabinet.
• Alarm light: Red
• Meter counter: Six-digit electronic meter counter
• Electric elements: National or international famous brands
• Bearings: Bearings imported with original packaging from Japan and Germany (such as KOYO, NSK and FAG)
• Internal accessories: National or international famous brands
• Noise: ＜ 75dp (measured 1000mm away)
• Ambient humidity: ≤ 90% (if it is larger than 90%, dry it by blowing before starting the equipment)
• Workshop temperature: ≤40℃ (if it is higher than 40℃, the converter will undergo automatic protecting tripping)

• Color of the housing: Apple green (as requested by the customer)

V. Wire rewinding structure

1) Bobbin: Standard bobbin: (outer diameter) Ø630* (outer width) 375* (inner hole) Ø56; pine hole: Ø25; distance to the bobbin hole: 99mm (max.) or 83mm (min.)(it may be customized too)

2) Tension: There is a manual mechanical tension regulation system that is mainly used for regulating the pressures of springs.3) Loading and unloading of the bobbin: The bobbin has a hydraulically hoisted iron shaft and can therefore be loaded and unloaded conveniently and flexibly.
