Double-head Gear Pump Without Heating Automatic Filling Machine can be matched with a three-meter long conveyor belt for product production, which is equipped with an infrared sensor positioning device for high efficiency and labor-saving.

Uses and Function:

1 , The frame is made of SUS#304 and high grade anodized aluminum alloy, and the part of contact material is SUS#316 (with foot cup*4).
2 , Filling range: 20ml-5000ml (using the company's own R & D gear pump 60L/min flow 316 pump head)
3 , Filling is driven by servo motor. You can set two speeds, set the required filling capacity directly on the touch, easy to operate. Filling head lifting and lowering using servo motor lifting mode.
4, lifting anti-drip filling head (drawing products can be equipped with drawing filling head)
5 , Filling speed: 40-50 bottles/minute (tested with 500ml emulsion).
6 , Filling accuracy: 1%
