Ice making principle of brine block ice machine:

Put all the ice buckets filled with water into the brine tank, reduce the temperature to - 15 ℃ through heat exchange with the refrigerant, and the water in the ice bucket will be frozen into ice. The crane lifts the ice making bucket and puts it into the ice melting pool for heating.
