The machine is suitable for winding of plastic wire, middle-small plastic soft pipe. It is used with extruder, shaping table and tractor to make plastic soft pipe, wire straightly wind.

Machine description: The winder could adapt to the winding speed up to 40m/min. The winding and displacement adopt servo system, which is accurate, fast and reliable, and the human-machine interface is easier for operation.
Structure: the two stations on same side (each station controlled by a servo motor);
Winding instructions: no need to sense tension, automatically matches the production line speed. After the finish winding, it has an automatic brake function. It can directly change the roll before packing and unloading the roll;
Adjustment instructions: the width and the inner diameter of the winding are all displayed on the scale, which is convenient and accurate to set.
Frame Instruction: the surface of the machine treated with baking paint and plastic spraying. The rewinding disc and flap are galvanized and equipped with pinch device.
