Steps:
1: Sample preparation: the sample is cleaned after being polished.
2: Configure chemical polishing solution. The chemical polishing solution should be prepared in a beaker, and the chemical polishing solution formula should be selected according to the sample material. Distilled water should be used when preparing the solution, and chemical pure reagents should be used for medicines. Certain medicines that are not easily soluble in water need to be heated to dissolve the solution. Hydrogen peroxide and hydrofluoric acid are very corrosive, so pay attention to safety when preparing them. After the chemical polishing solution is used, the metal ions in the solution increase, and the polishing effect is weakened. If the effect is slow and the bubbles are reduced, the new chemical solution should be replaced.
3: Clamp the sample with bamboo clamps or wooden clamps and immerse it in the polishing liquid, stir and take it out in due course, and take it out after it reaches the polishing requirements.
4: After the chemical polishing, the sample should be cleaned and blown dry immediately.
