Q1: What's the difference between 5BB and 9BB solar panels?

A: It's only the different patterns of solar cells. There're 3 or 4 qualified suppliers of FINERGY company. We can meet customers' exact requirements absolutely. 5BB is earlier than 9BB. It's a method to improve efficiency. But for solar panels, the final customers only pay attention on electrical parameters only.

Q2: Are 5BB and 9BB solar panels produced from the same production line in FINERGY factory?

A: No. FINERGY has several production lines to produce different solar panels. We're able to meet customers' various demands. We have to use different soldering machines to produce 5BB and 9BB solar panels.

Q3: Do you provide differnt warranties on 5BB and 9BB solar panels?

A: No. The warranty is related to materials and craftmanships only. We provide same warranty on half cell solar panels, no matter which solar cell pattern. FINERGY has strict sourcing policies and QC systems for quality control.
