About quality control

We have passed quality control certification system of ISO9000,TS16949 which are main quality certificate.

Quality Control equipments include Spectrometer, Microscope, Durometers, Magnetic particle crack detectors,

Perfilometer, Roughness test machine, Residual stress inspection etc.applied on every production step.

HC Crankshafts are guaranteed for 12 months after arming in engine.If in this period the crankshaft is broken,

we will one compensable three.

Packing detail

Firstly, the crankshafts are coated the imported anti rust oil. The oil form a harden film which don’t pollute your

hand whenever you move the crankshaft, the color is light golden and very attractive.

Then they are wrapped with plastic bags.

We have 3 kinds of outer package ( Foam packing, Moving luxury wooden case and Normal wooden case )

Usually the foam packing=foam box+imported anti rust oil+ carton

Moving luxury wooden case=imported anti rust oil+plastics bag+wooden box(the thickness of the wooden box is 10mm)

Normal wooden case=anti rust paper+wooden box (the thickness of the foam box is 15-20mm)

And after all finishes the crankshafts are being packed with pallet.

If the quantity of order is over 100-200 pcs one item, we can emboss brand name and design the package logo

as customers requested.
