Lens products process

The mounting of the lens is divided into two steps. The first step is the mounting of the lamp bead, and the second step is the mounting of the lens.

The first step: Print the solder paste on the pad of the PCB board with a steel mesh, the second step is to mount the lamp bead on the designated position of the PCB board, and the third step is to solder the mounted PCB board through reflow soldering

After the reflow soldering, put the PCB board into the glue dispenser to dispense glue, then mount the lens on it, and then enter the reflow soldering oven or UV curing oven.

Note: The temperature required for lens over-reflow soldering and lamp bead over-reflow soldering is different
