Features of Automatic Biscuit Production Line
The machine consists of a 200 x 240 mm baking tray made of high quality ductile iron. Each baking tray can be made into two cone plates. This machine is suitable for making flat sugar cones of less than 180 mm in length. Taper, weight, thickness and pattern spacing can be customised to suit customer requirements. The machine is driven by a three-phase power supply, the oven is heated by gas (natural or liquefied gas), the ignition is electrically heated and the oven temperature is electronically displayed. The production capacity is very high and it is fully automatic from spraying, baking, forming, mould dropping, conveying the product, stacking and counting.
