The mold measures 300mm in length, 300mm in width, and 271mm in height. It features

an SPI-A2 surface finish, a side gate design, and uses 1*4/S136 mold steel for the cavity

and core. The mold is a two-plate design, allowing for easy degating and low cost. It

requires a 100T injection molding machine. The mold provides stable molding quality,

uniform mold walls, high glossiness, a good balance of cavity pressure, and a long tool

life for mass production. The molded parts have a uniform thickness without flow marks.
