The anti-static principle of anti-static work clothes is as follows:

Anti static work clothes refer to the work clothes sewn with anti-static fabric to prevent the accumulation of static electricity on clothes. Antistatic fabric is a kind of fabric made of conductive fiber or antistatic synthetic fiber or both mixed and interweaved at equal intervals or evenly when weaving.

Conductive fiber refers to all or part of the use of metal or organic conductive materials or sub conductive materials made of fiber, its volume resistivity ρ V ~ is between 10e4 ~ 10e9 Ω / cm. According to the distribution of conductive components in fibers, conductive fibers can be divided into three types: homogeneous type, covered type and composite type. The vast majority of antistatic fabrics are made of conductive fibers, especially the composite type of conductive components, that is, composite fibers are used most.

The anti-static work clothes made by adding conductive fiber into chemical fiber fabric are based on two mechanisms of charge leakage and neutralization. When the fabric is grounded, the static electricity on the fabric is neutralized by the corona discharge of the conductive fiber, and can also be discharged to the earth through the conductive fiber; When it is not grounded, the electricity is dissipated by means of weak corona discharge of conductive fiber.

How to maintain the antistatic overalls:
