This product is specially developed for laser pipe cutting machines.The product can be used as an independent rotating spindle,chuck in the middle that can clamp a workpiece tightly and rotate at the same time.Rotating air intake is achieved by the rear-mounted rotator so as to achieve fast clampling and loosening actions.The gas source is the principle of continuous air supply when the chuck works.

The clamping force of the product is large and stable,the adjustment is easy to operate,the efficiency is high,the rigidity is bigger than the long clamping claw,the accuracy can be maintanied for a long time, and there won't happen that the bending deformation of the clamping claw influence the rotary accuracy;the design length of the clamping claw is short,and the maximum clamping force won't lead to the phenomenon that the long clamping claw horn,which causes slippery,it won't happen,and the clamping is not stable;the chuck is simple in dimention,light in weight,small in rotational inertia and low in energy consumption.
