Construction features

1. Metal part

This electric hoist gantry crane is mainly composed of the main beam, supporting leg and lower beam.

The main beam and lower beam are box structure welded by four steel plates, and the supporting leg is box structure welded by four steel plates.

The electric hoist walks directly under the i-steel lower flange plate of the main beam.

For convenient storage and transportation, the main beam, supporting leg and lower beam is connected with M20 bolts to become one.

2. Electric hoist

Wire rope lifting, single speed, with traveling trolley and reducer, drum and motor, include overload limiter switch

Protection class F class

Drop Forged Hook, Plain ‘C’ type, Swiveling on Thrust Bearing, equipped with belt buckle and wire ropes sheath

Self-produced. Drums made of high-quality seamless steel processed by the CNC machine.

This product is in the form of separate drive, drive braking by cone rotor motor to complete;
