High Speed HDPE Pipe Production Line Two Layer Coextrusion 20-63mm

Below pipe production line is used to produce 20-63mm pipes, with production speed 60m/min for 20*2.0mm and extruder capacity 400kgs/h.
Produced pipes are two layer structures, extruded by two layer co-extrusion technology.
And a fully automatic pipe coiler is also equipped, which can cut the pipe, change new coil, make strapping and unloading automatically.

Basic Pipe Production Line Configuration

1)Special designed high efficient five-section type screw and barrel, ensuring the rapid plasticizing & dispersion effect, and realizing high speed production.
AC motor is controlled by ABB brand frequency converter; other electric elements are Schneider brand;

2)Two layer co-extrusion die head, with each layer thickness adjustable; High quality 40Cr steel mold material, processed by imported CNC machinery with high precision.
Tip and die mould surface are chrome plated, which has great benefits of easy cleaning, longer life span, and reduce extrusion friction.

3) Servo motor driven haul-off machine, with fast speed reaction speed, and more stable; Speed sync controlled with the extruder rotation speed

4) Fully automatic pipe coiler is equipped, which can cut the pipes, change new coil, make PP strapping and unload the coil fully automatically.
Separate PLC control system is to control the whole operation process automatically and intelligently.
To match with the coiler, one pipe accumulator is also included, using to storage the pipe while changing coils.

5)SIEMENS PLC programmable computer control system, which could ensure the whole line high-speed synchronous control and its stable & reliable running.
