Operation:

1. Take off the cylinder from the machine.

2. Remove the head assembly and the rod assembly from the stick cylinder group.

3. If it always happens that the seal kit not perform well soon after it fitted, there maybe problem of the cylinder assembly itself. It is better to check the cylinder assembly whether need to change it.

4. Measure the seal kits before fitting.

5. Install the seals: after fix the cylinder assy, test it first before re-install the stick cylinder group on the machine.

• Oil seals that are not used temporarily should be kept properly to prevent contamination with oil, dust or sun exposure.
• When the shaft diameter is worn into a "V"-shaped groove, so that the contact pressure between the new oil seal lip and the shaft cannot be reduced, the displacement method can be used to make up.
• When the lubriC.A.Ting oil volume of the reducer is less than or equal to 7 liters, the amount of lubricant added per liter is 20-30ml;
• When 7-15 liters, the amount added is 15-20ml per liter of lubriC.A.Ting oil;
• When>15 liters, add 10ml per liter of lubriC.A.Ting oil.
