Full face mask test section

1. Burning test metal head mold; the head mold can be automatically rotated to the test position;

2. Six imported combustion nozzles, which can control the flow of propane and air

4. K-type thermocouple 250MM above the burner can measure whether the flame temperature reaches 950±50℃

5. The temperature of the center of the flame is 950℃±50℃; measured by precision thermocouple;

6. Imported brand pressure gauge and pressure regulating valve adjust the gas pressure supplied to the burner, the range is 0~10kPa

7. Rotary device with head mold;

8. The gas automatic blocking device can block the gas supply 5 seconds after the test starts

9. The temperature at 250mm from the center of the flame to the top of the burner is 950±50℃;

10. Automatic ignition, automatically extinguished after 5s ignition time;

Backpack Strap test section

1. Stainless steel shield; beautiful and corrosion-resistant;

2. Imported Bunsen burner; adjustable gas and air flow;

3. Blowtorch lifting device; stainless steel sample holder;

4. Automatic timing device;

5. The flame height is 40mm; the temperature at the flame 20mm is 800±50℃;

6. Automatic ignition, after the ignition time is 20s, the gas will be automatically cut off and extinguished;
