2'' Diaphragm Repair Kit For Joil Dust Collector Valve JISI50 JIFI50 JIHI50

This diaphragm is used in Joil pulse valve JISI50, JISR50, JIFI50, JIFR50, JIHI50, JIHR50. Diaphragm material is NBR. Pulse Jet valves are also called as dust collector. They are indirect type solenoid valves. When the solenoid of pulse jet valves gets energized, air trapped in the diaphragm is exhausted causing pressure difference in the diaphragm. Then the diaphragm is suddenly opened. When it is de-energized, air passes through the hole to the chamber which can balance the air pressure and close the valve. The opening and closing of the valve are done very fast for filter cleaning and consumption of compressed air effectively.

This NBR (Nitrile) Diaphragm is composed of one nylon seat buna diaphragm and one secondary buna diaphragm. The diaphragm repair kits are used in Joil diaphragm pulse valves JISI 50, JISR 50, JIFI 50, JIFR 50, because diaphragm material is Nitrile (NBR), it is not suitable for strong solvents and chemical fluids, oil resistant.
