The density of high specific gravity tungsten alloy is up to 15.20 to 18.70 g/cm3, also known as heavy tungsten alloy or high density alloy material. Because tungsten alloys weigh more than twice as much as iron or steel.

What is Tungsten Alloy Fishing Pendant

1. Tungsten alloy has a series of excellent properties, significant ratio: generally more than 16.5-18.75g/cm3, high strength: tensile strength 700-1000mpa, strong ray absorption capacity: 30-40% higher than lead, large thermal conductivity: 5 steel; Low thermal expansion coefficient: only 1/2-1/3 of steel, good electrical conductivity; Good welding and machining skills.
2. A common process for preparing tungsten heavy alloys involves mixing the desired amount of tungsten, iron, nickel or copper powder and then cold pressing and liquid phase sintering to near full density. During the liquid phase treatment, the matrix tungsten alloy is melted and some tungsten is brought into the solution to form a microstructure through which large tungsten particles (20-60m) are dispersed in the matrix alloy.
