DC output

Car charging

The product cannot be discharged

① It cannot be output and the display screen does not light up when any key is pressed. Please contact the after-sales service.

② The backlight of the key and the display are on when the key was pressed, but there is not output in the corresponding area. Check whether the equipment connection is normal. If the connection is normal, check whether the alarm code is prompted to output the overload protection. Restart and try again after removing the responsibility.

③ Check whether the rated power of the electrical equipment is greater than the maximum limited power, and do not use if it exceeds the limited value.

After-sales service
