1.Product Description

Scraper centrifuge is a type of full - automatic centrifuge with continuously working and batch operation . According to the structure , it can be divided into Siphonic Scraper Centrifuge ( GKH series ) and common scraper centrifuge ( GK series).

GKH siphon scraper discharge centrifuge is a horizontal filter centrifuge with clearance discharge. In addition to centrifugal force, there is siphon suction force similar to vacuum. Compared with ordinary scraper discharge filter centrifuge, it has higher production capacity and better separation and washing effect.

It is widely used in the industry area of the solid - liquid separation of the raw material and intermediate products , such as foodstuff , pharmacy , chemical ,national defence and so on .

For example the starch , vitamin B , VC natrium , calcium phosphate , saleratus , heavy alkali polyacrylonitrile and similar materials separation.

The scraper centrifuge can be switched between automatic and manual operation, so it can realize the periodic cyclic operation of feeding, dehydration, washing and discharging of the feed material.

Compared with common scraper centrifuge, the sophonic scraper centrifuge has siphonic force like vacuum, so it has better production capacity and separation effect. Especially, it is suitable for the feed material which has small solids, high viscosity, slow filtration and that needs to wash the filter cake.
