This cable suitable for industrial robots to twist and bend in complex environment for a long time. which can sustain high strength bending and torsion mechanical stress for a long time to ensure the reliability and long life of robot products.

Structure of Robtic Body Cable

1. Conductor:High bending strength bare or tinned copper wire

2. Insulated: high temperature insulated, suitable for high strength bending torsion

3. Shielding: bare copper wire or tinned copper wire (braided density ≥85%)

4. Jacket: special PVC

5. Core structure: anti-torsion structure with pitch layering and stranding

Properties of Robtic Body Cable

1. For data transmission 300/300V,For power supply 600V

2. Insulation Resistance is 100MOhm x KM

3. Bending radius is 6 times cable diameter for mobile installation, 4 times cable diameter for fixed installation

4. Temperature range is -20℃ to +105℃ for mobile installation, -40℃ to +105℃ for fixed installation
