Tire Debeader

Tire Debeader is used to pull out the bead wires inside tires' sidewalls completely before the cutting and shredding process.

It mainly consists of motor, hook, cross-hole plate, body frame, cylinder, hydraulic station, operation lever, directing wheel.

Shredder Machine

Shredder machine makes the waste tire blocks with 50*50mm.

Cracker Mill

This machine is mainly used to grinding waste rubber tire and break the raw rubber materials.
