This equipment is programmed by advanced motion controller, LCD touch screen display of human-machine interface, and has a high degree of intelligence. It can be matched with lithium batteries production line.
The X / Y / Z axes of the equipment are controlled by servo motors separately. Each solder joint corresponds to the coordinates of X / Y / Z and axis independently. Double-axis horizontal welding is adopted to ensure the accuracy of spot welding.
The average welding time per spot is 0.35 - 0.5 seconds and the welding speed is significantly improved compared with manual spot welding, it has the advantages of simple operation, stable and accurate welding, high efficiency, good consistency and cost saving.
