Stainless Steel Etching Process
The etching process utilizes ferric chloride's strong oxidation
properties to corrode the stainless steel surface, converting
trivalent iron into more stable bivalent iron elements. The
specific production process involves coating the stainless steel
surface with an anti-corrosion layer to protect required areas,
then processing through the ferric chloride spray assembly line.
After corrosion, the anti-corrosion layer is washed off, forming
the desired patterns.
