1. Advanced image acquisition system
The Hons+ color sorter uses a high-resolution monochrome camera or RGB camera (5000+ pixels) and high-quality industrial lenses for clear and accurate image capture. Cameras can instantly capture microscopic defects in materials.

2. Intelligent image processing algorithm
Color sorting algorithms such as grayscale, color difference, and HSV are perfectly combined with shape sorting algorithms such as size, roundness, and texture, which successfully solve a series of difficult color sorting problems and greatly improve sorting accuracy.

3. Unique chute processing technology
Special anodizing and hardening technology can greatly improve the smoothness and wear resistance of the channel to ensure high production.

4. High quality solenoid valve (injector)
Hons+ color sorter is equipped with high-quality solenoid valve, which has long valve life, high frequency and low air consumption. The working frequency is 1000 times per second, which guarantees accurate and perfect discharge. Hons+ optical sorters use solenoid valves of different sizes for material particles of different sizes and properties.

The parameter are datermined at room temperature 25℃ and impurity of 2% of raw material.
