Introduction 100Kv Dielectric Oil Breakdown Voltage Tester

Standard: IEC 60156,IS 6792,ASTM D1816,ASTM D877 and UNE 21 etc.

IIJ-II fully automatic dielectric strength tester is applied to test the insulating oil's dielectric strength. It is designed as per requirements of IEC156 Testing Method of Insulation Oil Medium Strength. It adopts industrial SCM to control which is applied to integrate circuit, new model I/0 connection, particular testing and anti-jamming technology which largely improves the machine's capacity .

1. the instrument is controlled by a large-capacity microcontroller, working stably and reliably.
2. the instrument is equipped with a wide-range watchdog circuit to eliminate the phenomenon of crash.
3. a variety of operation options, the instrument program with GB1986, GB2002 two national standard methods and custom operations, can adapt to different users of a variety of options.
4. the oil cup of the instrument is casted in one time by special glass, which eliminates the occurrence of interference phenomena such as oil leakage.
5. the unique high voltage end sampling design of the instrument allows the test value to enter directly into the A/D converter, avoiding the error caused in the analog circuit and making the measurement results more accurate.
6. the instrument has internal functions such as over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit protection, etc., and has an extremely strong anti-interference capability and good electromagnetic compatibility.
7. portable structure, easy to move, indoor and outdoor use are very convenient.
