1. Product description

Foil Conductor Dry Type Transformer Winding Machine With PLC Control System BRJ1000-2 is with 15kw motor and TIG welding unit . Big power motor has strong pulling force, and the foil is welded with bus bar through TIG welding process, the welding is strong and the welding surface is smooth. This foil winding machine can handle one or two layers of copper or aluminium foil strip with max width 1200mm and one or two layers of insulation paper. Expanding mandrels are designed open ended to allow easy access for fast supply spool changeover. Foil pressing arm aids the operator at start end of winding to keep tension on the foil. This winding machine features slow starting, smooth running, high automation, full function, strong pulling force and so on.
