Coal Steam Boiler Features
1. The coal/wood fired boiler produced by the company is a square box type assembled forced circulation chain grate boiler. The biomass fired steam boiler is lined up from the upper body and the lower furnace and can be assembled quickly at the user's site of use.

2. The travelling grate boiler body has a square coiled tube on the heating surface, and coal steam boiler structure is a serpentine convection heat exchange tube. This structure is suitable for single furnaces and double furnaces.

3. According to the waste heat usage of the equipment, air preheater, steam waste heat equipment and hot water economizer are arranged at the tail of the boiler for waste heat recovery. This structure can effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature, improve the boiler heat efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.

4. According to the fuel characteristics, the industrial biomass boiler convection heat exchange section adopts measures such as high and low misalignment, widening of the spacing and arrangement of soot blowing devices. This structure can reduce coal steam boiler ash and improve boiler thermal efficiency.

5. The coal/wood fired boiler body is made of high-quality insulation materials and special construction technology, and the insulation effect is good.

6. The industrial biomass boiler is heated surface processing using a fully automatic gas shielded welding process, and X-ray inspection of all solder joints. Ensure that the welding quality is stable and reliable.
