JG SMG high shear mixer is one of the ordinary process equipment which is widely adopt in solid dosage production for mixing,granulating and milling in pharmaceutical industries, and it also can be used in chemical, food industries Etc.

Feature

1. Automatic PLC control, mixing, granulating and milling one-step accomplished in one machine, compact design, and little space occupy.

2. Equipped with M28 impeller which ensure excellent granulation, even when main material and auxiliary material have big specific density difference.

3. Products are firm and uniform and high yield.

4. Can efficiently match with drying machine.

5. Can judge the terminal point of granulating process, having good process reproducibility.

6. Agitator and chopper blade axis adopting pneumatic seal and combined machinery connection which avoid cross contamination to meet the requirement of GMP production.

7. Interlayer material container is optional to heat or cool the materials which meet the requirements of different granulating process.

8. Pressure binder charging and peristaltic pump binder charging is for option.

9. WIP washing in place system is for option.
