1.General Introduction
The servo type radiator core builder machine is used to assemble cores based on a combined control of a

mechanical and pneumatic mechanism and the electrical control system of PLC, touch screen, and

servo motor. The flat tubes, fins, side plates and header plates are manually placed on the work table.

The core body is clamped, header assembled, and the core is assembled together with some

auxiliary manual operations.
The radiator core builder machine is able to assemble a various range of models by changing and adjusting the

relevant mechanisms ( chain, comb teeth, header mold, clamping block, etc).
The touch screen could set the parameters based on the core size. The servo motor

could control the mechanism travel accurately, and further the assembling size is assured.

There are both the manual and the automatic control mode available.The manual mode is

for test running purpose, and the automatic mode is for normal use.
The right and left push mechanism, and the clamping mechanism are driven by the servo motor.
The flat tubes are manually distributed. And the overall comb teeth structure could ensure the flat tube

positioning accuracy.
The radiator core builder machine is easy for operation, adjustment,and tooling replacement.

B) The flat tubes are distributed manually by a flat tube.
