Principle of carbon - loaded nitrogen purification O₂ + C ----- CO + CO₂

Using the principle of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide generated by the catalytic reaction of oxygen and palladium carbon fiber, the residual oxygen in nitrogen reacts in a deaerator equipped with efficient palladium carbon fiber to remove oxygen impurities, and then after cooling and adsorption, the two stages of drying and dewatering, high purity nitrogen is obtained.The core component of oxygen removal is palladium carbon fiber. Palladium and other precious metals play a catalytic role in palladium carbon fiber.

Remark:When the raw gas contains higher oxygen content and dew point, it is necessary to consider fractional oxygen and water removal.It is recommended that the content of nitrogen and oxygen should be less than 0.1%, which can greatly reduce the consumption of carbon deoxidizer and reduce the cost.
