Many of these processes require heating the platen to high temperatures.

We have High-precision testing equipment such as Hexagon gantry three-coordinate detector(DEA ALPHA) , Leica laser tracker and articulated arm measuring instruments. At present, our main products focus on welding parts, machined parts, industrial pressure platens, guide rods /column/pillar, press roller, calender roller and other machine body with accessories, for the large welded structural parts can be made to a single weight of 15 tons, the thickness of the heating platen and insulation board can be made a tolerance of ±0.1mm from 20mm to 200mm, the rod column can achieve Max. Φ300mm with length in 6 meter, surface with chromed coating by thickness up to 0.07mm.
