Product application
1. Decompression
Decompression range is large, single stage valve can be decompressed from 6.3mpa to 0.1mpa. The valve has no cavitation and running noise. In the hydropower station with high pressure head, the water from the penstock can be supplied to the low pressure water system of the hydropower station after decompression by the valve.
2. Reservoir water level regulation and sand washing
When discharged into the atmosphere, the water flows contract first, then diffuse at a wide conical angle and decompose into a thin spray state. If water flow is to be suppressed, a beam device can be installed, which can not only mix air and water, but also concentrate flow.
3. Decompression
Piston valves can be used as discharge valves for bypass pipes of hydroelectric generating units. When the main intake valve closes, the piston valves open automatically to eliminate the harm of water hammer to the system.
4. Flow Control and Cutoff
In the full-open to full-closed stroke, the flow coefficient of the valve has a linear relationship with the opening of the valve. Even in the full-closed to 10% opening stroke, the valve has a good flow control effect. The valve can also cut off the flow passage, and play the role of gate valves, globe valves and other valves. The sealing performance is good.
