• Special design: box type support frame design

The design can pre-install the support frame components on the cantilever components, effectively reduce the requirements on the installation space, and greatly enhance the hoist head;

Compared with the traditional casing structure, the box support structure can increase the stability of the equipment operation, reduce the deflection of the cantilever and the vibration of the load, create a safer operating environment and reduce the damage rate of the workpiece.

Convenient for the operator to accurately locate the load, easy and efficient;

The top shaft is equipped with precision taper roller bearing and roller components with longer service life to ensure smooth operation.

The bottom plate triangular support Angle plate minimizes the deflection of the crane and makes it easier to operate when the load is accurately positioned.

• Easy to install

The independent support frame component is separated from the cantilever in the installation process, which is installed separately and easy to install.

The embedded bearing assembly greatly reduces the additional clearance required for installation;

The bolt fastening between the support frame components and the swing arm enables the installation work to be carried out separately. The swing arm can be installed very close to the roof of the workshop or under the top obstacle to minimize the occupation of the top space and increase the lift of hoist.

Hoist trolley running stop bolt fastening, can be installed according to the application change position;

The top is completely sealed and the bottom entry collector assembly can be pre-installed or added later. Power supply for hoist under application conditions of 360° rotation.

• Safety: the top locating bolt can effectively prevent the support frame components from moving up accidentally.
• Full rated load application: for the pre-design of power hoist, 15% of the rated lifting weight of the crane shall be considered as the total weight of hoist, hoist trolley and hook device, and 25% of the rated load of the crane shall be considered as impact load. Can provide customers with full rated load application of the rotary arm crane products.
