Located in Zhengzhou, the same city as Shaolin temple, Zhongwo concentrate herself in providing services around fire rated doors: production, sales, installation and maintenance of fire doors.

We have two production base in which there are 5 workshops of which 2 for steel doors. Total area of workshop for steel doors reaches 50,000 m², workers for steel doors are only less than 50. But with help of most advanced assembly line they can finish up to 1200 doors per day.

Credentials

Fire rated doors plays great role in protecting us from damage in case of fire, so it is essential to obtain qualifications for doors.

Zhongwo UL steel fire doors past through fire test in accordance with standards such as NFPA252, CAN / ULC S104, UL10 (b) and UL10 (c), so that was issued UL certificate with fire rating of up to 180mins.

Single Door: by default 36’’wide by 84’’high, maximum limit 48’’wide by 96’’high;

Pair Door: as standard 72’’wide by 84’’high, maximum limit 96’’wide by 96’’high;

Unequal Leaf Door: customized size

Thickness: All of our UL steel fire rated doors are with thickness of 45 mm.

In addition, we also offer you UL listed frames, including plug-in frame and welded frame. The frame is made of 1.2 mm galvanized sheet steel and is 3 mm galvanized steel is welded at the location of hinges, locks and closer. The width of frame should be 115 mm with us. Besides, single rabbet and double rabbet frames are both for your choice.

Vision Panels

In cases man need light go through the door to make the inside room lighter. So there is a need for glass inserts in doors.

All of our glasses can reach fire rating of at least 3 hours.

Size of glasses can be customized.

Attention: We do not insert vision panels in doors with fire rating of longer than 2 hours.
