MONEL K500 is a nickel based flange with beautiful silver color. It has great comprehensive ability and widely used in various applications.

Monel K500 Threaded flanges withstand to diverse corrosion including water, atmosphere, acid, alkali and stress. It is suitable for sea water applications because it keeps low erosion and high strength in flowing sea water.

Threaded flanges are connected pipes by thread which is simple than welding. Compared to other flanges in same dimensions, its thickness are thicker so that the price will be higher, and it suits for high pressure applications.

NPT—The most common thread type of ASME threaded fittings and flanges, it is a tapered threads with 60° thread angles.

BSP—It is a British standard thread that very popular. Its also can be divided into different types, and the most commonly used is BSPP (parallel thread) and BSPT (tapered thread). And the tapered thread has 55° thread angle instead of 60 ° for NPT.
