Feeder Unit (1 group)

Printing unit (4 groups)

2. Full format plate groove, suitable to standard version of the article, fast printing plate changing.
3. Assemble and disassemble of the edition, pedal switch of electric control the reversing.

NC slotter unit (1 group)

1. Creaser wheel wrapped with high quality polyurethane, cooperate with the pre-creaser wheel, assure the cardboard will not burst.
2. Space between creaser wheel and pre-pressing wheel is adjusted by manual with fast self-locking function, scope 0~11mm.
3. Touch screen and buttons can be adjusted by dual system operation. Can complete slot box is high, the phase, the knife plate, creaser and pre-creaser axial movement, etc.
4. Width of slotter knife is 7.5mm, with alloy steel material, after heat treatment and grinding.
5. Knife plate and creaser both move synchronously by electric, all adopt the ball.
6. Screw and ball screw matched with linear guide shaft, moving more flexible and accurate.
7. Carton height in lengthways and carton length / width in transverse adjustment can be adjusted in touch screen computerized synchronously at the same time and also can be electrical by buttons 2 methods.
8. Gaps between feeding rollers up and down are electrical adjustment.
9. Pneumatic brakes, it will limit the machine drive when the machine is separated, can keep the gears original fixed position.
10. With waste scraps stripper and conveyor.
