Machine Introduction

SED-250P-A Automatic Blister Packaging Machine is suitable for blister packaging of all kinds of solid material, such as capsule, tablets, etc., which can protect material from dust and moisture, and extend the shelf life of product.

This machine completes blister forming, material filling, heat sealing, batch number embossing, die cutting and finished product output in an automatic process. It is widely used in industries of food, pharmaceutical, medical instruments, hardware, electronics, etc. for automatic packaging.

Features

• Input the plate length in the HMI to realize the adjustable stroke. Mold is fixed by locating groove for easy replacement. The machine heats the PVC through heating plate and forms by compressed air frothing controlled by encoder.
• PLC controlled with HMI. Speed is controlled steplessly by inverter.
• Adopt universal feeder for feeding, can design the mold and feeder according to customer’s requirement.
• There are several optional functions, such as easy cutting line embossing, wasted packaging material collecting, etc.
• Stepper motor is adopted on the machine for precise controlling on pulling length and saving packaging material.
• The heating molds will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the packaging material from being scalded and extend the service life of the machine.
