Pre-alarming and Control

• The system will timely real-time monitoring the interference or prohibited area.
• When the distancereaches specified pre-alarming value, it will pre-alarmbuzzer discontinuous, meanwhile cut off relevanthigh-speed circuit of tower crane to keep tower crane run in low-speed working state.
• When the distance reaches specified alarming value, it will alarmbuzzer continuous, meanwhile cut off relevant low-speed circuit of tower crane to make tower craneauto low down.
• When the distance reaches specifiedbraking value, it will trigger the relevant braking circuitof tower crane to stop running so that ensure its safety

Anti-collision

• Human interface shows all working states oftower crane including hook height, workingradius( jib angle), slewing angle, hook weight,wind speed walking distance and anti-collision information.
• Display interface provides various pre-alarming instructions convenient for the operator to judge tower crane working on site
• The wireless communication can manage up to 30 tower cranes.
• The tower crane coordinates are automatically generated.
• Offline protection for tower crane (optional)

Zone protection

• At least 3 points away from obstacles indicates a protected area.
• Automatically generate obstacle coordinates
• Set up to 10 areas around the tower crane
• Independent function split distance setting

Data record

Record various data about the operating status of the tower crane always.
