1. Overview
1.1 Application
This line is used to produce color coating steel plate coil. It is practical, reliable and mature, client can produce stably and run in the long term, the products' quality can meet the standard of BG/T 12754, production capacity can be above 80000 to 100000 tons per year.

1.2 Production proposal
Raw material: hot galvanized plate
Front plate: 2 coating 1 drying, 2 coating 2 drying
Back plate: 2 coating 1 drying, 2 coating 2 drying

2. Environmental health and ety
2.1 The design of equipments are accord with relevant regulation of national environment policy act, effective ety precautions can prevent staff from injury.
