600ml PET Hot Filling Machine for Tea Beverage

The machine is combined with rinsing, filling and capping, which special designed for PET hot filling bottle. It is stable characteristic, advanced technology, nice appearance and complete function.

1. Rinsing part:

• It adopts rotating rinsing structure to wash juice or beverage PET bottles and then send them to filling part;
• PET bottles will be loaded neck upwardly into machine by star wheel, will be turned over downwardly by clipper, bottles will be rinsed by aseptic water and then be dripped dry, automatic turn over upwardly again and then be loaded into filling part by star wheel. It adopts excellent stainless steel in main structure, rinsing medium contacting parts and coverings;
• It adopts new-designed stainless steel in clipper with simple structure and easy adjustment. The clipper has less contacting points with neck, effectively avoid contamination;
• It equipped with pressure gauge in water inlet pipe;
• It equipped with water collection tray to recycle rinsing water;
• The capacity of rinsing is 105ml/s(0.25MPa)

2. Filling part:

• It will fill water into bottles which had already cleaned by rinsing part;
• It was design by our company with patent in filling valve, theory is filling by positive pressure and reversed flow by negative pressure;
• It adopts positive pressure filling and negative pressure reversed flow in filling valve, with features of quick filling and high filling level precision. There’s no spring in valve, so no contacting between filling material and spring, easy to be washed in the valve. Filling valve also meets the requirements of filling technology and filling temperature. If no bottle or machine stop, the filling material in valve will be in the way of tiny reversed flowing;
• It equipped with valve open-close device before filling valve, so it will open valve before filling and closing valve after filling, precisely control filling level, avoid neck contamination from filling valve spraying filling material, effectively control filling material reversed flowrate ≤5～8％；
• It adopts full level tank in the filling tank to ensure the stable of pressure in the tank;
• It has complete CIP cleaning structure;
• It adopts double guiding bar bottle lifting structure to guarantee the stable of bottle lifting and centering;
• It adopts gear type (open and close combination transmission) in the main transmission, high efficiency, low noise, long service life, and easy maintenance, fully lubricated. It adopts frequency convertor to control machine’s main motor rotating speed. It also adopts stepless frequency control;
• With simple structure, the bottle transferring system can be varied between different bottle shapes and sizes easily, it adopts neck holding transferring structure in the whole machine;
• It adopts PLC auto control in the whole machine, any breakdowns will display online, such as bottle accumulating and cap lacking;
• It adopts imported products in key and electric components.

3. Capping part:

• Caps will be put and screwed on the filled bottles after being lined by cap scrambler, and then bottles with caps will be transferred to next procedure;
• Caps will be gone out of hopper by centrifugal force that is created by plate rotating driven by speed reducer. There is a separating device in the outlet of plate, it will eject the wrong side caps. The ejected caps will go back to the caps pipe and be blown into hopper by wind automatically. Only correct side caps will slide into rail successfully, the quantity of caps in the hopper is controlled by photoelectric switch. There is a catch plate in the slide rail to make sure only correct side caps will go into cap feeder. There is a photoelectric switch on the slide rail to check whether there is cap or not, if no cap, the machine will stop automatically. There is a movable outlet on the opposite of hopper outlet to effectively eject broken caps；
• Caps are screwed by magnetic force with overload protection function, so the screwing force moment is stable and reliable. There’s no happen of cap missing, cap loosing, cap slanting and cap edge curling.
