SAE J189 Low Pressure Return Power Steering Pipe Oil Suction Hose Braided Reinforcement

SAE J189 Low pressure return power steering rubber hose, a low pressure hose that carries the fluid from the steering gear/rack back to the pump or to the fluid reservoir. Suction hose is built to transfer of oil and petroleum. Both of the hoses require oil resistance. NBR(nitril) benefits from excellent oil gasoline resistance is usually be choosed in this application. Due to its poor ozone resistance. NBR is usually used as inner tube, and select CSM as outer cover to withstand ozone, UV and heat aging resistance. PET braided reinforcement is added as middle layer to strength its pressure resistance. Under higher working pressure, aramid (Kevlar) is better to use to meet the application.
