• Description:

1. Fixed telescopic dock leveler is a fixed loading equipment and widely used as a bridge between working platform and the truck.
2. It allows the forklift to move conveniently for working. One side of this equipment has the same height with platform, and the other side connecting with the truck and it can be adjustable according to different truck and different carriage in the process of loading .
3. Its size and loading ability can be designed according to customer's requirements. It will be more efficient for warehouse loading or unloading.
4. Lip size: 400mm, 450mm or custom size as yours.

• Fixed dock leveler​​ safety precaution:

1. Emergency button for option
2. Toe guards on both side to protect operation worker feet.
3. Maintainance rod break though the lip fully protect the safety of the serviceman.
4. Bumper block protect the dock leveler it-self when truck reverse to it.
5. Oil tube with steel mesh structure can bear Max oil pressure 48MPA.

Hydraulic Power Pack:ARGO-HYTOS brand. Or Chinese brand. Electric controller with emergency or without.

6. High-pressure oil hose: Double steel mesh in the rubber hose make its very strong and no leak.
